VSM Scholars, Meerut, is looking for a professional, experienced, and result-oriented Senior Admission Counselor who can effectively counsel prospective students and convert leads into admissions for our Digital Marketing Courses.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and counseling skills, a professional personality, and a proven ability to achieve admission targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students regarding our Digital Marketing courses and career opportunities.

- Handle leads through calls, messages, and personal counseling.

- Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable courses.

- Convert qualified leads into successful admissions.

- Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.

- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students.

- Clearly explain course curriculum, benefits, career opportunities, fees, and other relevant details.

- Handle student and parent queries professionally.

- Address objections and convince prospective students effectively.

- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, counseling, and conversions.

- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth admission process.

- Take ownership of the admission process and contribute towards achieving overall enrollment targets.





Required Qualifications & Skills

- Graduate degree is mandatory.

- 1–3 years of relevant work experience.

- Candidates with direct experience as an Admission Counselor will be highly preferred.

- Positive knowledge of Digital Marketing is highly desirable.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Professional English communication is mandatory.

- Strong counseling, convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

- Confident and professional personality.

- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

- Proven ability to generate a good number of admissions.

- Strong lead-conversion and relationship-building skills.

Important Selection Criteria

English communication is mandatory. Candidates who are not comfortable communicating professionally in English will not be considered for selection.

Candidates with previous experience in education, EdTech, digital marketing courses, or a similar Admission Counselor role will be given preference.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
