About Nufyt

Nufyt is a clean-label, plant-based protein brand. Our products are live on Amazon, Blinkit, and our own site, shipping to customers across India.

We're built out of Kolhapur - not Mumbai, not Bengaluru. That's unusual, and it's the point. You get to work on a national consumer brand without leaving home, and you get to see how one actually gets built, from formulation to packaging to the ad someone sees at 11pm.

The role

We're hiring Marketing & Social Media Interns to join the core team. This is not a fetch-coffee internship and it's not a "post on Instagram twice a week" internship. You'll work directly with the founder on what Nufyt says, shows, and sounds like every single day.

What you'll do

- Plan and produce content for Instagram - reels, carousels, stories
- Spot trends and turn them into Nufyt content fast, without it feeling forced
- Write captions, hooks, and copy that sound like a person, not a brand deck
- Build simple content systems - a calendar, a shot list, a reusable format - so output stays consistent
- Track what worked: saves, shares, watch time, and feed that back into what we make next
- Help with community - replying to DMs and comments, talking to customers
- Support product launches, campaigns, and offline events
- Take real 0→1 creative decisions alongside the founder

Who we're looking for

- You have taste. You notice when something is well-made and can say why.
- You execute fast. A rough reel out today beats a perfect one next week.




- You understand content beyond aesthetics - storytelling, recall, community, brand.
- You're comfortable being on camera, or comfortable directing someone who is.
- You follow good consumer brands and can name a few you love, and why.
- Curious, proactive, and not waiting to be told what to do next.

Not required: a marketing degree, prior internships, or an existing following. Students and freshers are welcome. If you run a meme page, a food page, or edit reels for a friend's business - that counts, and we want to see it.

Details

- Location: Kolhapur. On-site. Not remote, not work-from-home.
- Duration: 6 months, full-time or a serious part-time commitment if you're a student
