- Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD
- User provisioning and de-provisioning
- Authentication and authorization management
- DNS and Active Directory integration
- PowerShell scripting for AD administration and automation
- Incident, Problem and Change Management
- Experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools
