About the Role:

We are looking for professionals with hands-on experience in ESRI/ArcGIS development, preferably with strong exposure to the Telecom or Utility domains.

- PL/SQL / PostGIS
- Utility Network & Telecom GIS solutions

Domain Expertise:

Experience in Telecommunications or Utilities is highly preferred, particularly exposure to:

- Fiber networks
- Coax / HFC networks
- Telecom data models




- Utility Network models
- GIS-based telecom solutions

Additional Experience:

Candidates with experience in the following will be preferred:

- High-Level Design (HLD) / Low-Level Design (LLD) & solution architecture
- Requirement gathering & Software Requirements Specification (SRS) preparation
- Request for Proposal (RFP) responses & effort estimation
- Solution planning
- Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) & conflict management
- Performance, security & licensing considerations
