Mandatory Skills & Experience

Candidates must possess the following skills:

- AutoCAD / ProgeCAD / QGIS
- Hands-on experience with AutoCAD Map 3D (2023 or above)

- AutoLISP / C# / .NET / Python / VBA
- CAD Customization & Automation
- Telecom Network Design (FTTx / FTTH / OSP / ISP)

Role Overview

This role involves developing, customizing, and maintaining CAD-based tools and workflows to support efficient telecom network planning and design.



You will collaborate closely with project and cross-functional teams to:

- Automate telecom network design activities.
- Develop CAD scripts and tools to enhance design productivity.
- Create standardized telecom CAD templates and workflows.
- Automate Bill of Materials (BOM) and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) generation from CAD drawings.
- Support the integration of CAD workflows with GIS and enterprise applications.
- Debug tools, conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and support deployment.
- Collaborate with Design, Automation, AI/ML, and RPA teams.
- Support documentation, knowledge sharing, and user training.
