Job Overview:

We at Talentonstaffing are looking for an experienced Engineering Recruiter to support our USA-based clients by sourcing, screening, and recruiting qualified engineering professionals across various disciplines.

Job Role & Responsibilities:

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other recruiting channels.
- Recruit for engineering roles such as Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Manufacturing, Quality, and related positions.
- Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screening.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
- Work effectively with US clients, hiring managers, and internal teams.




- Meet daily/weekly recruitment and submission targets.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in USA Staffing / Engineering Recruitment.
- Solid knowledge of US recruitment processes and job portals.
- Excellent sourcing, screening, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in US time zones/night shifts (7pm - 4 am)
- Strong understanding of engineering job titles and technical requirements.
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Candidate must bring their own laptop.
