We're looking for Backend Developers!

Responsibilities:

- Architect and implement scalable backend systems using cutting-edge technologies, ensuring robust performance and seamless integration with frontend applications
- Lead the design and development of RESTful APIs, focusing on efficiency, security, and ease of consumption by client applications
- Spearhead the adoption of microservices architecture, orchestrating the decomposition of monolithic systems into modular, maintainable services
- Drive the implementation of cloud-native solutions, leveraging AWS, Azure, or GCP to enhance system reliability and scalability
- Optimize database management strategies, including schema design, query optimization, and data migration plans to support growing data volumes
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of code quality, best practices, and continuous learning




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and architectural designs
- Implement robust error handling and logging mechanisms to ensure system stability and facilitate quick issue resolution
- Drive the adoption of test-driven development (TDD) practices, ensuring comprehensive unit and integration testing coverage
- Conduct regular code reviews and architectural assessments to maintain high standards of code quality and system design
