Role Description This is a full time, on-site Stylist role based in Mumbai. The Stylist will collaborate closely with the PR and brand strategy teams to conceptualize and execute looks for campaigns, events, photo shoots, influencer collaborations, and celebrity appearances. Daily tasks include sourcing and coordinating garments and accessories, preparing mood boards, maintaining a well-organized styling wardrobe, and ensuring all looks align with client brand guidelines. The role involves attending client meetings, coordinating with designers and showrooms, managing fittings, and overseeing on-set styling to ensure polished visual outcomes.



The Stylist is expected to stay updated on fashion trends, emerging designers, and style directions while contributing creative ideas that support Loft PR’s storytelling and media strategies.

Qualifications

- Strong styling skills with experience in fashion, jewelry, or lifestyle brands, including look creation for shoots, events, and media appearances.
- Ability to research trends, create mood boards, and translate brand strategy into cohesive visual styling concepts.
- Excellent organizational skills for wardrobe management, sample tracking, and coordination with designers, showrooms, and vendors.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with PR, brand strategy teams, clients, influencers, and production crews.
- Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Knowledge of current fashion trends, emerging labels, and styling tools; prior experience in PR, fashion communication, or editorial styling is an advantage.
- Relevant education in fashion design, styling, communication, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent qualified experience.
- Comfort working on-site in Mumbai with flexibility for events, shoots, and occasional extended hours as needed.
