Campus Partnerships & Internship Program Lead

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT — READ BEFORE APPLYING

This role is ONLY for candidates who already have an active, working network of College TPOs (Training & Placement Officers) and academic coordinators. You must be able to activate this network immediately and deliver 1,000 confirmed academic interns across 6 domains within 4–6 weeks of joining. Candidates without an existing, active college network will not be considered — this is not a role to build campus relationships from scratch.

About the Role

We're building a large-scale academic internship program across 6 domains — Cyber Security, Software Development, BPO Operations, Data Analytics, Tech Sales, and HR — structured as a mandatory academic/credit internship in partnership with colleges (not a paid corporate internship). Students get real product experience and academic credit; we get contributors for our internal product.

The Deliverable — Non-Negotiable

• 1,000 confirmed interns across all 6 domains combined

• 4–6 weeks from your start date to full 1,000 onboarded

• Sourced through your existing TPO and college relationships — not built during the engagement

What You'll Own

• Activate your existing TPO network to formalize internship tie-ups within days of joining





• Close MOUs with engineering, BCA, and MBA colleges for structured 4–6 month academic internships (credit-based, not stipend-based)

• Coordinate with T&P; cells on eligibility, evaluation criteria, and project scoping across all 6 domains

• Drive candidate sourcing and onboarding to hit the full 1,000 target inside the 4–6 week window

• Own all documentation: internship agreements, college MOUs, evaluation/certification process

What You Must Already Have

• An active, current network of College TPOs / placement cells — mandatory, not preferred

• Proven prior experience closing campus tie-ups at volume (name your past numbers when you apply)

• Comfort working across multiple technical and non-technical domains simultaneously

• Ability to move independently with zero internal support — no HR team is in place yet; you are the first campus-facing hire
