We at HGS, looking for IT recruiters for our digital hiring units. Incumbent to play a key role in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various positions within the organization. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and ensure a seamless recruitment process.

Responsibilities

- Source and attract candidates using various recruitment methods
- Screen candidates' resumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews to assess applicants’ skills, experience, and fitment
- offer negotiation, salary fitment, selling EVPs
- Manage the candidate experience and ensure timely communication
- Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
- Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring their smooth integration into the company

Qualifications





- Bachelor’s or master's degree in human resources, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in recruitment, in IT Space (Development, Infra, Cyber Security or AI hiring experience)
- Solid understanding of recruitment processes and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
