About the Role:

We are looking for a Manager – Brand Management & Innovations to lead end-to-end brand strategy, new product development, and portfolio profitability for a premium private label beauty portfolio. This is a high-visibility role requiring a balance of commercial planning, creative direction, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive topline growth and P&L; ownership across e-commerce, retail, and international markets

Lead innovation pipelines and NPD execution with OTIF governance





Drive omni-channel market share across Nykaa, Amazon, and physical retail

Manage brand campaigns, visual merchandising, and creative direction

Lead, mentor, and build capabilities within the brand team

Requirements:

✅ MBA/PGDM with 4–8 years in Brand / Category Management (Beauty or FMCG preferred)

✅ Proven track record in launching new products and managing revenue-generating portfolios

✅ Robust P&L;, commercial planning, and margin management skills

✅ Blend of creative instinct and operational discipline
