Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end visa application and submission process for all major countries, including Schengen and non-Schengen destinations.




- Verify visa documentation and ensure compliance with country-specific embassy, consulate, and visa guidelines.
- Maintain effective communication with embassies, consulates, visa agencies, and relevant authorities.
- Handle HNI customers, providing expert visa support and managing escalations related to delays or customer concerns.
- Stay updated on visa regulations and requirements across countries and identify opportunities to improve process efficiency and turnaround time.

Qualifications -

- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in visa processing, client handling in Visas. Should have worked in Travel or Visa offices like VFS. Schengen would be preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in the work done.
