We are looking for an experienced Planning Professional to support planning, scheduling, monitoring, and project controls for Buildings & Factories projects.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 9–12 years
- Qualification: B.Tech / BE in Civil Engineering – Mandatory
- Robust experience in Primavera P6 – Mandatory
- Knowledge of MS Project, Project Scheduling, Monitoring & Controls
- Experience in Delay Analysis, EOT, S-Curves, MIS & Progress Reporting
- Exposure to Buildings, Factories, Industrial, Commercial, Manufacturing Facilities, Warehouses or Data Centers
- Knowledge of EVM, Power BI and advanced MS Excel preferred
- Willingness to travel to project sites for reviews and monitoring
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and monitor project schedules and baselines
- Track project progress and identify delays/risks
- Prepare recovery and catch-up plans
- Generate MIS, dashboards and progress reports
- Support delay analysis and EOT claims
- Coordinate with project, engineering, procurement and site teams
