Role Overview

We’re looking for an ORM Intern who is plugged into the internet, understands social media conversations, keeps up with emerging trends, and enjoys making sense of data.

As an ORM Intern, you’ll work closely with the digital and ORM teams to monitor online conversations, track brand sentiment, identify trends, flag potential reputation risks, and support reporting and insights.

This is an ideal opportunity for a fresher or aspiring digital qualified looking to build hands-on experience in Online Reputation Management, Social Listening, Digital Marketing, and Social Media Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor brand mentions, conversations, comments, reviews, and discussions across social media and digital platforms.
- Support Online Reputation Management (ORM) activities for multiple brands.
- Track and analyse online conversations to understand audience sentiment and brand perception.
- Identify emerging trends, viral conversations, potential crises, and reputation risks.
- Conduct regular social listening and share relevant observations with the team.




- Maintain accurate trackers and databases for brand mentions, queries, complaints, and responses.
- Categorise and analyse conversations based on sentiment, topic, platform, and priority.
- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly ORM reports.
- Identify recurring customer concerns and provide insights to the team.
- Stay updated on social media trends, internet culture, memes, news, and platform updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams to escalate sensitive or high-priority conversations when required.
- Support the team in generating actionable insights from social and digital data.

What We’re Looking For

- 0–1 year of experience; freshers are welcome to apply.
- Strong interest in social media, digital marketing, and online communities.
- Good understanding of platforms such as Instagram, X, Facebook, YouTube, Reddit, and Google Reviews.
- Strong awareness of current social media trends and internet culture.
- Good analytical and observational skills.
- Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and maintaining trackers.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to identify patterns and turn online conversations into meaningful insights.
- Detail-oriented, organised,



and comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Willingness to learn ORM tools, social listening platforms, and reporting processes.

Good to Have

- Internship or academic project experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media, ORM, Marketing Analytics, or Communications.
- Basic knowledge of social listening or ORM tools.
- Familiarity with sentiment analysis and social media analytics.
- Basic understanding of Excel/Google Sheets, including filters, sorting, and basic formulas.
- Experience managing or monitoring a social media page.
