We are looking for a Financial Counsellor to join our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel patients and attendants regarding treatment costs and payment options.
- Explain hospital packages, estimates, billing procedures, and financial policies.
- Coordinate with Billing, Accounts, Insurance, and TPA departments.
- Assist patients with insurance/TPA claims and documentation.
- Handle cashless and reimbursement-related queries.
- Follow up on approvals, pending payments, and claim-related issues.
- Maintain accurate patient financial records.
- Provide professional and empathetic support to patients and their families.





Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of hospital billing, insurance, and TPA processes.
- Strong patient counselling and relationship management skills.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
- Previous hospital/healthcare experience preferred.

Qualification

Any Graduate / MBA / Hospital Management / Healthcare Management preferred.
