Job Purpose :-

We are looking for a People & Culture Executive who will be responsible for driving employee engagement initiatives and creating a positive, connected, and vibrant workplace culture.

Who You Are :-

- 2–4 years of experience in HR, People & Culture, Employee Engagement, or Employee Experience.
- Robust communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative, energetic, and passionate about creating engaging employee experiences.
- Strong event planning and execution skills.
- Comfortable working with employees and stakeholders across all levels.

- Experience in planning and executing Fun Fridays, Town Halls, team-building activities, celebrations, and employee events.
- Hands-on experience managing Rewards & Recognition (R&R;) programs.
- Experience handling employee engagement calendars and activities.
- Strong coordination with internal teams and external vendors.
- Ability to come up with creative and innovative engagement ideas.
- Experience in measuring participation and collecting employee feedback.

- Preparing and delivering engaging presentations and employee communication sessions.
- Building initiatives that strengthen employee connection and company culture.
- Working closely with employees, HR, leadership teams, and external vendors.
- Supporting People & Culture operations initiatives and projects as needed.
- Bringing fresh ideas to make the workplace more engaging and enjoyable.
- Measuring participation, gathering employee feedback, and using insights to improve engagement initiatives.
- Seeing your initiatives directly contribute to a positive employee experience.
