You'll be the go-to person for clients — coordinating briefs, tracking campaign timelines, and liaising with cross-functional teams to deliver results.Key Responsibilities:Act as the primary coordinator between clients and internal teams.Translate client requirements into clear, actionable briefs.Manage timelines, approvals, deliverables, and campaign rollouts.Coordinate across Creative, Strategy, Social Media, SEO, Performance Marketing, Marketplace, Influencer, and Production teams.Track campaign progress and provide regular status updates.Support presentations, reports, and client reviews.Identify opportunities for additional services and growth.What We're Looking For:1.5–2 years of experience in an agency, digital marketing, or client servicing role.Solid understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem, including Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, SEO, Marketplace Marketing (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.), Influencer Marketing,



and Content Marketing.Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.A collaborative mindset with a proactive, solutions-first attitude.Good to Have:Knowledge of emerging channels such as Reddit Marketing, Community Marketing, WhatsApp Marketing, ORM, and AI-led marketing solutions.Exposure to D2C, E-commerce, or FMCG brands.AI Tool Proficiency:At RB2F, AI tools are part of how we work — not a shortcut, but a standard. We expect everyone on the team, including interns, to actively use AI tools to work smarter and deliver better output.Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or equivalent for drafting, research, summarising, or ideation.Ability to write clear, effective prompts that produce usable, high-quality output — not just raw AI responses.Full ownership of all AI-assisted work: whatever you submit with AI support should meet the same quality bar as work done independently.Comfort exploring and adopting new AI tools as they emerge.
