This organization primarily supports clients within Finance, Technology, Retail, Healthcare, Telecom, and Government space, amongst other verticals and accounts for roughly 70% of our total annual revenue.With increasing numbers of open positions with our largest clients, we have an urgent need to aid in recruiting efforts to assist our clients in their hiring processes.



The Sourcer will work amongst our team to help submit quality candidates to these openings to a variety of customers without our Strategic Accounts organization.Day to Day Responsibilities:The Sourcer will be dedicated to supporting a portfolio of accounts within our Strategic Accounts program. Within your portfolio you will be responsible for maintaining performance metrics for each of your customers by screening, sourcing, and submitting resumes to your customers’ respective hiring portals. You will also be responsible for the coordination of candidate interviews and assist in the onboarding process when a placement is made.Qualifications:1-2 years of recruitment experienceStrong communication and social skillsComfortability making 25+ calls dailyExperience working within Microsoft Office product suiteHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skillsHigh sense of urgency & ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining qualityAbility to communicate and present effectively with internal managementHigh character, hard work ethic, eagerness to learn, and excitement to work in a collaborative and fun environment.
