Job Overview:Day-to-Day Responsibilities:US Staffing Business Development experience required.Setting up conference calls and in-person meetings with potential prospects.Identifying new prospective clients and focusing on deal closures.Conducting cold calling and email marketing campaigns to generate leads.Working with MSPs and building strong relationships.Researching, composing, and delivering responses to RFI, RFQ, and RFPs, including systematic writing with graphics and designs.Tracking RFP releases and keeping abreast of industry trends and competitive communication.Following up with clients on proposal outcomes and reporting status.Researching and managing key sales data to track activity and manage lead generation.Ensuring all work adheres to defined quality standards.Experience:4+ years of prior experience in client acquisition and closing deals in US STAFFING.Experience working with Salesforce,



HubSpot, and other B2B sales tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Hands-on experience with MS Office, specifically creating reports and matrices.Ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures.Bachelor or Master in Business Administration with a specialization in Sales is preferred.Skills:US Staffing and B2B sales background with relevant staffing industry knowledge.Very high proficiency in communication.Robust ability to break the ice with a good pitch.Awareness of existing staffing processes, practices, and market intelligence.Strong follow-up skills, ability to arrange calls/meetings, and client acquisition.High level of patience and persistence.
