The role requires comfort with ambiguity, sharp problem-solving, robust stakeholder management, and an obsession with outcomes.Key Responsibilities1. Strategy & Business TransformationWork with the Founders to define, structure, and execute strategic priorities across businesses, functions, and geographiesBreak down ambiguous problem statements into clear hypotheses, execution roadmaps,



and measurable outcomesDrive enterprise-level transformation initiatives across operations, supply chain, sales, digital, and finance2. Execution & Program OwnershipOwn end-to-end execution of high-impact initiatives from concept to rolloutTrack milestones, dependencies, risks, and outcomes with extreme execution disciplineEnsure speed without compromising quality; results matter more than presentations3. Stakeholder AlignmentWork closely with CXOs, functional heads, external partners, and foundersAct as the single-threaded owner ensuring alignment, decision velocity, and accountabilityPrepare crisp, data-backed updates for leadership and board-level discussions4. Technology & Data Enablement (Hygiene Factor)Leverage technology, analytics, automation, and AI tools to improve decision-making and execution efficiencyDrive adoption of dashboards, MIS, process automation, and digital workflowsTranslate business problems into tech-enabled solutions (hands-on coding not mandatory, clarity of thinking is5.
