Role Overview:Drive retail and sales operations by ensuring store execution excellence, inventory efficiency,and revenue growth through strong coordination with sales, supply chain, and channel partners.Key Responsibilities:● Oversee daily retail/store operations and ensure sales target achievement● Monitor sell-through, inventory levels, stock replenishment, and demand planning● Track KPIs: sales growth, conversion rate, stock availability, and store productivity● Coordinate with Sales, Merchandising, and Supply Chain teams for smooth execution● Analyze sales data and identify opportunities for revenue and margin improvement● Ensure visual merchandising, pricing,
