We're backed by Cheer Sagar, a vertically integrated garment manufacturer in Jaipur, which means our designers work a few steps away from the sampling floor and see their sketches become garments in days, not months.We're looking for a Fashion Designer to help shape our collections end-to-end.What you'll doOwn collections from concept to launch — trend research, mood boards, CADs, tech packs, fit sessions and final approvalsWork directly with our in-house sampling, embroidery, printing and washing teams to develop fabrics, prints and finishesDesign with commercial sense — build assortments that balance hero pieces with sellers, and track how styles actually performStyle and direct product for photoshoots, campaigns and social — you'll be on set, putting the looks togetherPartner with merchandising and marketing on pricing,
