We're looking for a Motion Graphic Artist with 7+ years of experience who can turn ideas into compelling moving images, from early moodboards and visual explorations to polished videos and dynamic assets.You will be expected to think creatively, work hands-on across motion, editing and AI filmmaking, and take ideas from rough visualisation to finished video. You'll work with both AI-generated and real-world footage, shaping raw material into clear, meaningful stories.WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DOLead hands-on motion design & editing across a wide spread of clients and categoriesTranslate ideas into strong visual narratives, moving from moodboards and storyboards to polished motion graphics, films and social contentUse AI filmmaking tools to create and refine everything from visual explorations and impeccable static images to consistent, production-ready AI videoEdit real-world footage with a solid sense of pace, storytelling, sound and craft, turning raw footage into meaningful client videos and filmsKeep exploring new AI,
