About Position:We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst - Islamic Banking to join our team and play a key role in delivering business and technology solutions across Islamic Banking, Loan Servicing, and Core Banking platforms. The ideal candidate will possess deep domain expertise in Islamic Banking products, financing operations, and Sharia-compliant banking processes, along with strong business analysis capabilities to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional solutions.Role: Business Analyst -Islamic BankingLocation: All Persistent LocationsExperience: 8 to 12 YearsJob Type: Full-Time EmploymentWhat You'll Do:Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.Lead workshops with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and technology teams.Define end-to-end business processes for Islamic financing products including Home Finance, Personal Finance, Commercial Finance, Asset Finance, Ijarah and Murabaha-based products.Analyze and document financing servicing requirements including Disbursements, Profit calculations and accruals, Repayment schedules, Early settlements, Restructuring and rescheduling, Arrears management and collections, Account closure and recoveries.Work closely with solution architects and engineering teams to define API requirements, integration specifications, and business rules.Produce high-quality BRDs, user stories, process maps, data mappings, and acceptance criteria.Support core banking migrations, system enhancements, and integration initiatives.Expertise You'll Bring:8-12 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Banking or Financial Services.Strong experience in Business Analysis (BA), requirement gathering, and stakeholder management.Deep understanding of Islamic Banking products, processes, and Sharia-compliant financing principles.Hands-on experience in Loan Servicing and lending operations.Experience working with Core Banking platforms and banking transformation programs.Knowledge of API integrations, system interfaces,
