This position is suitable for freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are interested in building a career in US IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSource IT candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, and other job portals.Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates based on required skills and experience.Conduct initial candidate screening and evaluate resumes.Contact candidates through phone calls, email, and LinkedIn.Explain job opportunities, responsibilities, location, work authorization,



and employment terms to candidates.Maintain and update candidate information in internal databases/recruitment systems.Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.Work closely with senior recruiters and account managers to understand hiring requirements.Maintain daily/weekly recruitment activity reports.Meet assigned sourcing and submission targets.Required SkillsGood verbal and written communication skills.Basic understanding of the IT industry and common technical roles.Ability to understand and interpret IT job descriptions.Good sourcing and candidate-screening skills.Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently as well as in a team.Willingness to work in US Night Shift timings.Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in IT recruitment are preferred.Basic knowledge of C2C, W2, and 1099 employment models in US staffing.Basic knowledge of US work authorization and common employment types.Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in recruitment are encouraged to apply.Previous experience with US IT Recruitment will be an advantage.
