Job Overview:We at Talentonstaffing are looking for an experienced Engineering Recruiter to support our USA-based clients by sourcing, screening, and recruiting qualified engineering professionals across various disciplines.Job Role & Responsibilities:Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other recruiting channels.Recruit for engineering roles such as Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Manufacturing, Quality, and related positions.Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screening.Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates.Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.Work effectively with US clients, hiring managers,
