About the RoleGrowIT Technologies is looking for a Visual Designer to help bring our brand, services, and ideas to life across digital and corporate communication.What You'll Do
- Create social media creatives, posters, flyers, carousels, and campaign assets
- Design corporate presentations, sales decks, brochures, and other marketing collateral
- Create visual assets for our website and digital campaigns
- Develop and edit creative videos and motion graphics
- Work with the marketing and business teams to turn ideas and briefs into compelling visuals
- Maintain consistency across our brand and visual identityTools
- Canva
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Illustrator / Figma would be an advantageWhat We're Looking For




- Strong visual sense and attention to detail
- Good understanding of typography, composition, colour, and layout
- Ability to translate ideas into clean, creative, and qualified designs
- Understanding of corporate/B2B design and social media content
- Ability to work across different formats — static, presentations, web, and video
- Creative, curious, and willing to experiment with new ideas
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with different teamsA strong portfolio is required.
