We're building an AI-native customer success team, and we're looking for an Organic Growth Lead to own organic growth for a small set of our customers across search, AI engines, and channel-level distribution.Search is changing rapid. Buyers now discover brands through Google, through AI engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews, and through communities and creators on YouTube, LinkedIn, and Reddit. You'll set the growth direction, work alongside an SEO Lead, and lead a small pod that brings the plan to life.
