Job descriptionRole & responsibilitiesLead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery within defined timelines and budgets.Coordinate with production, procurement, quality, R&D;, supply chain, and operations teams for smooth project execution.Develop project schedules, resource plans, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.Ensure compliance with manufacturing standards, quality processes, and regulatory requirements.Monitor production timelines and resolve operational bottlenecks effectively.Drive continuous improvement initiatives for productivity, efficiency, and cost optimization.Manage vendor coordination and ensure timely material availability.Prepare and present project status reports to management.Support implementation of ERP systems and process automation initiatives where required.Ensure adherence to factory compliance, safety, and operational guidelines.Meet and discuss with international clients for project kick-off, project updates, coordination, and review meetings to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.Required Skills & QualificationBachelors degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations,
