As we've scaled — more SKUs, more discount structures, more setup fees, more upsells and cross-sells across hundreds of accounts — the gap between "what was sold" and "what gets billed" has become a real operational cost. This role exists to close that gap permanently. You will be the single source of truth for what every client agreed to pay, for every contract version in flight, and for every comp plan on the books. You won't create pricing strategy, negotiate legal terms, or design comp plans — you'll make sure the ones that exist are tracked, accurate, and executed without anything falling through the cracks. You sit at the intersection of Sales, Legal (outside counsel on retainer), and Accounting, reporting directly to the CRO.This is a full-time, fully remote position based in India, working core US Eastern hours.
