- Handle international customer calls, messages and emails during the night shift.
- Understand and resolve customer queries related to the online platform/service.
- Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting to customers.
- Escalate technical issues to the appropriate team and follow up until resolution.
- Make cold calls and outbound calls to acquire new customers.
- Generate leads through calls, emails and online outreach.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain customer/lead information.
- Support marketing, customer engagement and branding activities.

- Technical/IT background is preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication.
- Comfortable handling international customers over voice calls.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling, lead generation and follow-ups.
- Basic understanding of software, websites, applications or technical troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of marketing and branding will be an added advantage.
- Basic accounts/accounting knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Comfortable working independently during night shifts.
- Graduate in BCA, B.Tech, B.Sc. (IT/CS), BBA, B.Com or a related field preferred.⭐ ????? ?????????Someone with a technical mindset + robust communication skills + customer support experience + willingness to make outbound calls.
