Operational Excellence: Lead and coordinate process improvement and business transformation initiatives. Drive standardization, efficiency, and process re-engineering efforts to enhance scalability, and productivity for the Technology Innovation Hub. Global Stakeholder Management: Partner with global stakeholders, including Business Heads, CIOs, COOs, Human Resources, Legal, Finance. Drive alignment between groups on projects and strategic initiatives. Governance, Business Management & Executive Reporting: Design and oversee governance frameworks that provide effective oversight of Technology Innovation Hub initiatives, risk management and regulatory compliance.



Develop dashboards and management reporting for senior leadership to support data-driven decision-making.Digital Transformation, Innovation & Automation: Lead the adoption of emerging technologies. Partner with business and technology teams to identify transformation opportunities and execute innovation programs. Operating Model Enablement: Partner with Technology, HR, Risk, Compliance, and other enabling functions to ensure the Technology Innovation Hub operates within a robust and resilient framework. Support the continued growth and evolution of the operating model.Business Continuity: Lead business continuity and resiliency initiatives across the Technology Innovation Hub to ensure operational stability and regulatory readiness. Partner with key stakeholders to develop and maintain crisis management, disaster recovery, and operational risk frameworks.Vendor & Third-Party Management: Establish governance and oversight frameworks for strategic global vendors and external service providers. Drive supplier performance, cost optimization, service excellence, and risk management while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.Skills & Experience:10 – 15 years of experience in Transformation, COO Office, Consulting, or Operational Excellence roles.Proven experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives within global financial institutions, investment banks,



or multinational Technology Innovation Hub/GCC environments.Demonstrable understanding of the India regulatory landscape and ability to interpret new regulations and implement changes in partnership with relevant teams (risk, compliance, legal).
