Position: Accounts ExecutiveLocation: Magadi Road, BangaloreDepartment: Finance & AccountsExperience: 1–3 yearsEmployment Type: Full-timeJob SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, and support the finance team in statutory compliance and reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle day-to-day accounting entries, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.Maintain and reconcile ledgers, bank accounts, and vendor/customer accounts.Prepare invoices, debit/credit notes, and supporting documentation.Perform regular bank and ledger reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.Support preparation of MIS reports and other financial statements.Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.Coordinate with auditors, vendors, customers,



and internal stakeholders as required.Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes.Ensure adherence to accounting policies, internal controls, and applicable regulations.Perform other finance and accounting activities as assigned.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance.Good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance.Hands-on experience with Tally/ERP/accounting software.Good working knowledge of MS Excel.Solid attention to detail and accuracy.Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.PreferredExperience in a corporate environment.
