Location: Abu Road, Rajasthan | Experience: 15–25 Years | Project Horizon: 4–5 YearsSalary range: 8-12LPAAbout the RoleWe are seeking a high-calibre Project-cum-Site Head to take complete ownership of a landmark 37-acre integrated development near Abu Road, Rajasthan, comprising:Plotted Development | Highway Mall | ResortThis is a 4–5 year, site-based leadership mandate requiring an experienced professional to lead the project end-to-end—from planning, design and statutory approvals through construction, stakeholder management and final delivery.The ideal candidate will bring strong developer-side experience, commercial acumen, execution capability, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate the promoter's vision into a successfully delivered destination.Key ResponsibilitiesTake end-to-end ownership of project planning, execution and site operations.Lead construction, infrastructure development and overall project execution.Drive statutory approvals, licensing and coordination with government authorities.Manage and coordinate architects, PMC, consultants, contractors, vendors and project partners.Oversee project budgets, costs, quality, timelines and resource planning.Coordinate closely with promoters, shareholders, investors and external stakeholders.Manage coordination with hotel operators, hospitality brands and retail stakeholders.Establish effective project governance,
