This is primarily a graphic design role, with some copywriting and content responsibilities.What you'll do:Create social media creatives, campaign assets, presentations, reports, brochures, pitch decks and other communication materialsTurn ideas and information into robust visual storiesDevelop layouts, infographics, illustrations and other creative assetsMaintain consistency across OSCAR Foundation's visual identityWrite short, clear and engaging copy for social media, campaigns and communication materialsAdapt content for different platforms and audiencesWork with internal teams, vendors and website partners to deliver creative projectsManage multiple design requirements while meeting deadlinesWhat we're looking for:2-3 years of experience in graphic design,



visual communication or a similar creative roleStrong portfolio demonstrating excellent graphic design skillsProficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesignWorking knowledge of CanvaGood understanding of typography, layouts, colour, visual hierarchy and brandingAbility to write and edit simple, engaging English copyStrong visual storytelling skillsExperience creating content for social media is a plusVideo editing skills will be an advantageFluency in English and HindiThe ideal candidate:Someone who thinks like a designer first but is comfortable picking up a brief, writing a caption or headline and turning the idea into a compelling visual.If your portfolio is strong and you enjoy turning ideas into visuals, we'd love to hear from you.
