I'm looking for a Visual Designer & Marketer to join our in-house team in Powai, Mumbai.This role is for someone who enjoys making things. Someone who likes solving problems, learning quickly, and working across design and different areas of marketing instead of specializing in just one.You should be a strong visual designer, but also be curious about marketing — understanding audiences, thinking about content and campaigns, writing copy, and figuring out what makes people notice, engage and act.What matters mostI'm less interested in where you've worked and more interested in how you work.These three qualities matter the most:You believe in hustle. Not the burnout kind, but the kind where you genuinely enjoy doing great work and pushing beyond "good enough."You naturally overdeliver. If the brief asks for one option, your instinct is to explore three. You take pride in the quality of your work.You work well with ownership. You don't need constant follow-ups or micromanagement. You can take responsibility for a problem and drive it forward.Skills we're looking forVisual design is the most key part of the role. But you should also be comfortable working across different areas of marketing.You don't need to be an expert in everything, but you should be reasonably strong (around 7/10 or above)

You'll also be expected to understand the problem, contribute ideas and think about why something should work.We don't believe great marketers or designers are built by repeating the same task for six months.What you'll get→ You'll be part of a small in-house team, which means you'll have far more context than most design or marketing roles.→ You'll understand why decisions are being made, not just execute them. You'll have ownership over your work, direct access to the leadership team,



and the freedom to contribute ideas instead of simply following instructions.→ You'll also get to work at the intersection of design, content and marketing, rather than being restricted to one narrow function.→ We also use AI extensively across our workflow, so you'll get hands-on exposure to modern tools. But we're far more interested in helping you develop strong design and marketing fundamentals than teaching prompts. Tools change every year. Good thinking doesn't.ExperienceTypically, we're looking for someone with 2+ years of experience.That said, this isn't a hard rule.
