Experience: 5–8 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time

Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop & customize Salesforce apps using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows & Integrations
Design scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions
Lead client discussions, requirement gathering & solution walkthroughs
Mentor and guide a team of Salesforce developers
Build AI-powered solutions using Einstein AI, Agentforce, Data Cloud & Prompt Builder
Drive Agile delivery practices with cross-functional teams

Required Skills:
5–8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, Flows & Integrations




Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification (Mandatory)
Proven experience in client-facing roles & team mentorship
Solid understanding of Salesforce security, sharing rules & governor limits
Knowledge of Salesforce AI offerings (Einstein AI, Agentforce, Data Cloud, Generative AI)
Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
