Job Summary

Shah Teelani & Dhru LLP is looking for a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage and oversee accounting, taxation, audit, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance assignments. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to independently handle client assignments.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and review accounting and bookkeeping activities for clients.
- Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, and related reports.
- Conduct and manage statutory, tax, internal, and financial audits.
- Handle Income Tax computation, return filing, and related compliance.
- Manage GST compliance, including review and filing of GST returns.
- Handle TDS/TCS compliance, calculations, returns, and related matters.
- Assist clients with tax planning and provide practical tax-related advice.
- Review accounting records and identify discrepancies or compliance issues.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST laws, and other relevant regulations.
- Handle income-tax notices, assessments, and departmental correspondence.
- Coordinate with clients, auditors, government authorities, and other professionals.
- Review and supervise work performed by article assistants, paid staff, and other team members.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis as required.




- Keep updated with changes in taxation, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage multiple client assignments and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

Candidate Requirements

Qualification : Chartered Accountant (CA) – qualified.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience preferred.

- Strong knowledge of Income Tax, GST, TDS, and Audit.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience with Tally / accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Good drafting and documentation skills.
- Ability to independently manage assignments and meet deadlines.
- Experience in a CA firm will be an advantage.
