1. Executive Reservation

Department: Travel Operations – Reservation sales
Location: Jaipur
Reporting To: Team Lead / Sales Head
Employment Type: Full-time
Team Size: 12 positions (first phase) and 12 positions (second phase)

About the Role

The role involves engaging with Indian customers interested in premium group departures to destinations including Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Scandinavia, Europe and Iceland.

This is not a transactional telesales role. The successful candidate will be expected to understand customer requirements, recommend the right travel experience, explain itineraries and inclusions, prepare and present quotations, manage follow-ups and convert qualified enquiries into bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound follow-up with qualified travel enquiries.
- Understand customer requirements through effective questioning and consultative selling.
- Recommend appropriate destinations, itineraries and packages based on customer needs.
- Develop robust knowledge of assigned destinations and Cox & Kings products.
- Prepare and send accurate quotations using the CRM and Connect portal.
- Follow up systematically on quotations and open opportunities.
- Handle customer objections around price, itinerary, hotels, flights, inclusions and value.
- Build customer confidence and establish trust throughout the sales journey.
- Maintain accurate and timely updates in the CRM.
- Maintain a disciplined sales pipeline and follow-up cadence.
- Work towards individual and team targets for conversion, bookings and revenue.
- Coordinate with internal teams where required to clarify product or operational requirements.
- Ensure all customer interactions meet defined quality standards.
- Participate in product, destination, sales and system training.
- Contribute to team learning, destination knowledge and sales best practices.

Candidate Profile

Essential:

- 2–5 years of experience in travel sales,



reservations or holiday/package sales.
- Strong understanding of international leisure travel.
- Experience handling high-value travel enquiries (preferred).
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong communication, listening and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs rather than simply push a product.
- Good knowledge of travel destinations and holiday products.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and online sales/quotation platforms.
- Strong follow-up discipline and commercial orientation.
- Comfortable working against measurable sales targets.

Preferred:

- Experience selling Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Europe, Scandinavia or Iceland.
- Experience with premium or luxury travel.
- Experience selling group departures.

2. Team Lead

Department: Travel Operations – Reservation sales
Location: Jaipur
Reporting To: Sales Head
Team: 20-30 Destination Sales Experts

About the Role

The Team Lead will be responsible for the day-to-day sales floor, ensuring that the team maintains strong sales discipline, follows the agreed customer journey and consistently delivers against conversion, revenue and quality objectives.

This role is hands-on and requires someone who can coach salespeople, analyse the funnel and personally intervene in opportunities when required.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise a team of approximately 20-30 Destination Sales Experts.
- Conduct daily sales huddles and establish priorities for the team.
- Monitor lead allocation, contact attempts and follow-up discipline.




- Track the complete sales funnel from enquiry through quotation to booking.
- Review individual and team conversion performance.
- Identify bottlenecks and take corrective action.
- Coach team members on discovery, qualification, objection handling and closing.
- Conduct regular call reviews and provide structured feedback.
- Support sales executives with complex or high-value customer opportunities.
- Ensure CRM and pipeline discipline.
- Monitor quotation quality and accuracy.
- Work closely with the Sales Head on targets, forecasts and performance.
- Coordinate with Training/Quality on identified skill gaps.
- Participate in recruitment and selection of sales talent.
- Support onboarding and ongoing capability development.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Drive a culture of accountability, professionalism and customer focus.
- Manage performance improvement plans where required.

Candidate Profile

Essential:

- 3+ years of travel sales experience.
- At least 1–2 years of experience managing a travel sales team.
- Strong international leisure travel knowledge.
- Demonstrated experience managing sales targets and conversion.
- Strong understanding of sales funnels and pipeline management.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting ability.
- Comfortable working with CRM and sales-management systems.

Preferred:

- Experience in premium/luxury travel.
- Experience with high-ticket holiday sales.
- Experience handling Japan, Australia, New Zealand or European destinations.
- Experience managing 10–20 member sales teams.
- Experience in a structured BPO/inside-sales environment.
