What you will do

- Manage the day-to-day execution of retail lending and collections campaigns across client portfolios.
- Work with large volumes of customer data and ensure data is accurate, complete and in the required format before campaigns go live.
- Segment customers based on DPD, portfolio, customer profile, campaign strategy and other business rules.
- Set up, monitor and optimise campaigns across voice and digital channels.
- Track campaign performance and identify issues, gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Perform data reconciliation, validation and quality checks across campaign inputs and outputs.
- Work closely with FDE, Product and Engineering teams to resolve campaign/data issues and implement changes.
- Build and maintain SOPs, checklists and operational processes to make campaign execution scalable and reliable.
- Prepare regular campaign MIS and reports covering metrics such as contactability, RPC, PTP, collections and campaign outcomes.
- Support testing of new tools, workflows and AI-led campaign strategies.




- Be highly hands-on and available during critical campaign launches or operational issues, including occasional weekends when required.

What we're looking for

- 1–2 years of experience in lending, collections, fintech or operations.
- Experience managing collections/lending campaigns or large customer portfolios.
- Understanding of retail lending and collections operations, including DPD buckets, segmentation, PTP and recovery.
- Comfortable working with large datasets and performing data validation, reconciliation and analysis.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; SQL or BI tools would be a plus.
- Experience working with startups/fintechs or rapid-paced operating environments is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a high sense of ownership.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with operations, product, engineering and client-facing teams.
- Comfortable learning and working with new technology and AI tools.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
