Job Description

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Executive to manage our day-to-day online marketplace operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Shopify, including product listings, order management, inventory, pricing, promotions, and marketplace operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage Amazon Seller Central and Shopify accounts.
- Create, upload, and optimize product listings.
- Manage product titles, descriptions, keywords, images, pricing, and specifications.
- Handle orders, returns, refunds, cancellations, and customer-related issues.
- Monitor inventory and ensure accurate stock availability.
- Resolve suppressed listings, listing errors, and Amazon account cases.
- Manage Shopify products, collections, pricing, discounts, and offers.
- Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams for timely order fulfilment.
- Monitor marketplace performance, sales, and conversion rates.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales and performance reports.
- Assist with Amazon promotions, deals, coupons, and campaigns.




- Basic knowledge of Amazon Ads/PPC is preferred.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central – Mandatory
- Working experience with Shopify – Mandatory
- Product listing & catalogue management
- Order and inventory management
- Basic E-Commerce SEO & keyword knowledge
- MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Valuable communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple SKUs and tasks independently

Preferred Candidate

Education: Graduate preferred
Experience: 1–3 years in E-Commerce operations
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹28,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
