Description:

- 8+ years of strong performance engineering experience

Technical Abilities:

- Derive performance requirements for complex n-tier applications.
- Strong banking domain knowledge & hands-on experience on banking applications
- Good understanding of on-prem to cloud migration/implementation such as AWS, AZURE
- Experience working with large cloud service providers (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, etc.) like Azure, AWS, GDP etc.
- Comprehensive knowledge & experience in Dev-Ops using Gitlab, LRE, Jenkins, APM tools, code profilers etc
- Basic skillset on setting-up the quality gates in CICD for performance testing
- Understanding of Chaos testing/experience working with testing tools like chaos monkey and other cloud native tools
- Experience with Knowledge of testing mobile apps (android/iOS) design principles, patterns and best practices
- Performance Engineering, profiling and tuning experience, including experience working with APM tools such App dynamics, Cloud-Watch, etc
- Deep understanding of web page performance analysis – Understanding of java scripts, Angular JS, CSS, third party components etc.,
- Flag down potential performance issues at the start of the development stage.
- Being able to monitor and understand different monitoring parameters for applications developed in Python, Java and .Net.




- Must be able to define the performance metrics based on objective and use cases identified & Should design and deliver report to answer questions based on objectives defined
- Drive initiatives to create new dashboards & deep insights from multiple tools such as AppDynamics to provide leadership team daily trend view on page performance.
- Extensive knowledge on conducting deep dive analysis to quickly find out performance & resiliency issues with multiple tools
- Able to understand the architecture and design patterns to build performance/ resiliency engineering strategy to discover the issues.
- Deep understanding of performance testing and Ability to create scripts and execute tests with load testing tools (Loadrunner, JMeter)
- Ability to create performance test script from automation scripts (such as selenium)

Management Experience:

- Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders (Project manager, Design team, Build team, Infrastructure team) during various phases of performance test life cycle.
- Ability to identify delivery risks and propose mitigation plan to ensure delivery schedule is met within budget.
- Highlight delivery risks to Management in timely and accurate manner.
- Create and present periodic dashboards to higher management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill

Able to strengthen team spirit, bring in technical capabilities, be proactive, able to drive shift-left & shift-right initiatives and guide team to add value that client could see on day-to-day basis
