About the Role

CyberToss Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an E-commerce & Email Marketing Executive for our international projects team.

We are looking for candidates with practical knowledge or hands-on experience in E-commerce Operations and Email Marketing, including Email Campaign Management and Email Automation.

Candidates with internship experience or practical exposure to Shopify, WordPress/WooCommerce, Product Listing, Product Research, Email Campaigns, Audience Segmentation, and Automated Email Workflows are encouraged to apply. Freshers with relevant practical skills and a willingness to learn are also welcome.

This role offers hands-on experience with international projects and long-term career growth opportunities.

Key ResponsibilitiesE-commerce Operations

- Manage product listings, uploads, pricing, and inventory updates
- Assist with Shopify and/or WordPress/WooCommerce store management
- Conduct product and basic competitor research
- Support day-to-day e-commerce and website operations

Email Marketing & Automation

- Assist in creating, scheduling, and managing email marketing campaigns
- Work on audience segmentation and email database management
- Set up and manage basic automated email workflows
- Support email sequences such as welcome, follow-up, abandoned-cart, post-purchase, and re-engagement campaigns
- Monitor basic campaign performance and maintain campaign-related data

Data & Research Support

- Conduct online research and maintain business or project-related data
- Maintain Excel sheets, databases, and reports
- Use online research tools, Google Sheets, AI tools, and other relevant platforms

Eligibility Criteria

- Any Graduate (Arts/Commerce/Science)
- Internship experience or practical knowledge in E-commerce and/or Email Marketing




- Freshers with relevant hands-on skills are encouraged to apply
- Positive English communication skills
- Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a professional environment
- Comfortable working in the Night Shift

Required Skills

- Basic practical knowledge of E-commerce Operations
- Knowledge of Email Marketing and Email Automation
- Understanding of email campaigns, audience segmentation, and automated workflows
- Knowledge of Product Listing and/or Product Research
- Familiarity with Shopify and/or WordPress/WooCommerce
- Basic MS Excel and online research skills

Preferred Skills

- Hands-on experience with email campaigns or automation tools
- Experience with Shopify or WordPress/WooCommerce
- Product Listing or Product Research experience
- Familiarity with AI tools and CRM platforms
- Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing or Social Media Marketing
