GUEST HOUSE EXECUTIVE

Location: Dumdum Junction, Kolkata
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Tips & Incentive
Candidate: Local candidates preferred
Experience: 6 months experience preferred | Freshers can also apply
Qualification: Hospitality / Hotel Management Graduate preferred

Candidate Profile & Key Responsibilities

- Basic knowledge of Hotel / Guest House Operations
- Presentable, well-groomed, confident and guest-friendly personality
- Good communication and guest handling skills
- Supervise Housekeeping, Cleaning & Room Readiness and personally handle these responsibilities when housekeeping staff are unavailable.
- Coordinate property maintenance and ensure timely resolution of issues
- Welcome guests, understand their requirements and ensure a good guest experience
- STRONG FOCUS ON BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & CUSTOMER CONVERSION – interact with guests and potential customers, promote rooms and property facilities,



generate enquiries and actively convert enquiries into bookings/business.
- Build good rapport with guests and potential customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Coordinate with staff for smooth day-to-day property operations
- Should be active, responsible, flexible and comfortable handling both operations and business development
- Basic computer knowledge will be an advantage

Freshers with good communication skills, confidence, a hospitality mindset and strong interest in Business Development & Sales are also encouraged to apply.
