About the Role

MetaDesign Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled System Administrator to manage IT infrastructure, provide employee support, and handle computer hardware, networking, CCTV, and biometric systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage desktops, servers, networking devices, peripherals, and Windows systems.

- Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, routers, switches, DNS, DHCP, and firewall issues.

- Provide on-site and remote technical support to employees.

- Handle computer repairing, hardware replacement, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.

- Install and troubleshoot CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and related connectivity.

- Install and troubleshoot biometric attendance/access-control devices.

- Handle 2–3 groups/sets of assigned IT/CCTV/networking equipment.

- Perform basic wire joining, cable termination, and cable connection work.

- Maintain IT documentation and coordinate with internal teams/vendors.

Required Skills





- 1–3 years of experience in System Administration or IT Support.

- Strong Windows, networking, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, and firewall knowledge.

- Hands-on computer hardware repairing and troubleshooting experience.

- Basic to good CCTV installation, configuration, and troubleshooting knowledge.

- Experience with biometric attendance/access-control devices.

- Good troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.

Candidate Profile

- Practical and hands-on approach to IT support and hardware troubleshooting.

- Willingness to work from the Gurugram office, six days a week.
