Key Responsibilities

- Stay at the apartment premises and provide full-time security.
- Monitor the main entrance, exit, parking area and common areas.
- Monitor and record visitors, delivery personnel and service providers.
- Maintain visitor and vehicle entry/exit records.
- Verify visitors with residents whenever required.
- Keep the entrance gate secure and monitor movement in and out of the premises.
- Conduct regular rounds of the apartment premises.
- Keep watch over the apartment during both day and night.
- Immediately report any suspicious activity, security issue or emergency to the concerned residents/Management.
- Receive parcels and deliveries and coordinate with residents.
- Monitor common-area lights, water supply and other basic facilities and report any issues.
- Maintain the cleanliness and basic upkeep of the entrance and security/watchman area.




- Assist residents with basic security-related requirements.
- Ensure the apartment premises remain protected, secure and orderly.
- Perform other duties related to apartment security as assigned by Management/Residents.

Requirements

- Previous experience as an Apartment Security / Watchman / Residential Security is preferred.
- Must be honest, trustworthy, alert and responsible.
- Must be willing to stay at the apartment premises full-time.
- Basic reading and writing skills preferred.
- Must be physically fit and capable of regular security rounds.
- Good communication and a polite manner are essential.
- Valid ID and police verification may be required.
- Age : - 55 & Above

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
