Hiring – Horticulture Officer

Position: Horticulture Officer
Qualification: B.Sc. Agriculture
Experience: 8–10 Years

Key Requirements & Skills:

- Experience in landscape development and maintenance with a reputed organization.
- Strong knowledge of planning, managing, and executing horticultural projects.
- Expertise in landscape design and plant selection.
- Good knowledge of plant identification, care, and propagation.
- Ability to identify and manage pests and plant diseases.
- Strong problem-solving skills for pest and disease control.
- Experience in team leadership and coordination with Horticulture Supervisors and Gardeners.
- Maintaining and preparing monthly attendance records for salary processing.
- Maintaining all horticulture-related records and documentation.
- Good knowledge of horticulture budget preparation and management.
