Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible IT Manager / IT Administrator to manage and support the organization's day-to-day IT operations, systems, hardware, software, network and technical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain computers, laptops, printers, scanners and other IT equipment.
- Provide technical support to employees and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
- Install, configure and maintain operating systems, software and applications.
- Manage LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity and basic network infrastructure.
- Handle user accounts, email systems and access permissions.
- Maintain IT assets, inventory and related documentation.
- Monitor system performance and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors/service providers whenever required.
- Ensure regular data backup and basic IT security practices.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolution.
- Assist in implementation and maintenance of IT policies and security protocols.




- Maintain confidentiality and security of company data.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of relevant IT experience.
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications or a related field.
- BCA, B.Sc. (IT/Computer Science), B.Tech/BE (IT/Computer Science) or equivalent qualifications preferred.
- Good knowledge of Windows, MS Office and common business applications.
- Valuable understanding of networking concepts such as LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, routers and switches.
- Basic knowledge of IT security, antivirus, backup and data protection.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to independently handle day-to-day IT operations.
