Job Responsibilities

- Develop B2B business for electrical/electronic connectors and components.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable connector/product solutions.
- Handle customers from the home appliance/electronics industry, including applications such as TVs, refrigerators and other appliances.
- Generate new enquiries, follow up on quotations and convert enquiries into orders.
- Review customer specifications and coordinate with plant/design teams for product development or modification.
- Support recent product development, sample/first-article activities and product improvement.
- Monitor pending enquiries, orders and customer requirements.
- Prepare sales MIS, business plans and regular sales reports.
- Conduct customer meetings, presentations and sales promotion activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and customers for timely project/order completion.
- Develop long-term relationships with customers and identify new project opportunities.

Required Skills

- 2–9 years of relevant experience in electrical/electronic connectors or components.
- Experience with white plastic connectors used in home appliances is mandatory/preferred.
- Experience serving TV, refrigerator,



washing machine or similar appliance manufacturers will be highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of electrical/electronic product specifications.
- Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of ERP/MS Office.
- Strong customer handling and coordination skills.

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma – Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical

Important: Candidates with relevant experience in electrical/electronic connectors for home appliances will be given preference.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
