Position Overview:

Ascendion Engineering is looking for an AI Technical Leader with a proven track record in machine learning, generative AI, and hands-on architecture. The successful candidate will lead our AI initiatives, providing technical leadership, driving innovation, and ensuring the successful implementation of advanced AI solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and inspire a team of skilled AI professionals, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
- Drive the development and implementation of machine learning and generative AI solutions, addressing complex business challenges.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technically feasible solutions.
- Architect robust and scalable AI systems, ensuring best practices in design, coding, testing, and maintenance.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, evaluating their applicability to our projects and driving continuous improvement.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members,



promoting a culture of learning and skill development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define AI strategy, roadmaps, and deliverables.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 12+ years of technical experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a Architect role
- Proven expertise in machine learning and generative AI, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
- Hands-on experience in architecting and implementing complex AI systems.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Strong understanding of deep learning, neural networks, and other relevant AI technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about technical challenges.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in a collaborative, fast-paced, and innovative environment.
